If a previous EndResult version, 6.0 through 6.11, has been installed, use Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs to uninstall the previous version before installing version 7.0.
The first file you will need is the "readme" file that provides instructions for downloading, unzipping, and installing the required files. There are 2 versions of the readme file below and each version has the same content. You can view and print the readme file from the browser frame by choosing the er7readme.txt version. If you want to download the readme file to save on your PC, choose the er7readme.zip file.
Next, you will need to download the er7-0.zip file for the actual upgrade.

Click on a zip file below. Choose to "Save the file to disk" the files to your
PC. Once you have read the readme file and the download is complete, you will
need to uncompress the .zip files to the proper directory using a decompression
software application.
